Our technicians can remotely monitor LPB system performance and upgrade software via the Internet. Lambda’s fulfillment center provides on-site service or overnight replacement. We also offer uninterrupted service plans for customers with high production demand.
Every member of our support staff is highly trained and capable of resolving any questions you may have. We do not use third party support services. You will get a direct response from the people who design, build and maintain our equipment whenever you contact us.
Field maintenance kits are provided with all machines that allow for in-house system support. All basic maintenance procedures are easily performed with minimal training.
